Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MarginLift service. By using the service you are deemed to accept these terms.

1. Parties

This agreement is between Gamevato OÜ, which provides the service (Estonia; registry no 16656270; Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Tallinn 10115), and you, who use the service (the “Customer”).

2. Description of the Service

MarginLift is a software service (SaaS) providing margin and demand intelligence for retail: it measures the profit impact of campaigns and end-of-season markdowns, forecasts demand, shows returns- and stock-driven margin losses, and offers recommended actions.

3. Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for being authorised to share it.
You agree to keep your information up to date.

4. Trial, Subscription and Payment

The service can be tried free for 14 days; no card is required for the trial.
To continue, you can choose a card subscription or corporate invoicing. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. Customer Data and Ownership

All business data you upload to the service belongs to you. Gamevato OÜ processes this data only to provide the service to you, on your instructions (as a data processor). You can delete your data from the panel at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe others' rights, or in ways that jeopardise the security/integrity of the service (reverse engineering, unauthorised access, overloading, etc.).

7. Service Level

We take care to provide the service with high availability; however, the service is provided “as is”. Planned maintenance or unforeseen interruptions may occur.

8. Intellectual Property

The MarginLift software, analysis engine and trademarks belong to Gamevato OÜ. These terms grant you a right to use the software; they do not transfer ownership or any right beyond the licence.

9. Limitation of Liability

The analyses, forecasts and recommendations MarginLift produces are for decision support; final commercial decisions are the Customer's. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gamevato OÜ cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access. You may also close your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law; mandatory consumer/protection provisions are reserved. Disputes are first sought to be resolved in good faith.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify significant changes and refresh the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
